The annual Pinewood Derby (sponsored by the Boy Scouts) is being held at the Pecatonica High School APRIL 12 (Sat) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and APRIL 13 (Sun) from 12:00 pm to finish.
Our prayers and condolences go out to the Buss family. Devin passed away March 15, 2008. May God bless you and your family during this time. It is better to know someone for a short time than to not have known them at all.

There was a fire at the Mike O'Brien home last night. There is an account set up for them at German American State Bank. Donations can be deposited in this account at any of the branches. Clothing and Furniture can be dropped off at the Pecatonica Fire Station. Please call 239-2513 to make arrangements to drop off.
The Pecatonica Fire Protection District is having their 6th annual Chili Supper/Raffle November 17th, 2007 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Pecatonica High School. Carries outs available.
The 2007 Pecatonica PIA Christmas Walk is November 30 - December 1, 2007. You can find a complete schedule of events on the MESSAGE BOARD. The Luminaries on Main Street are always a beautiful sight.
Trick-or-treat hours are from 5 to 8 p.m tonight, October 31, 2007. Please be careful driving around the village tonight. The kids are often dressed in dark clothes. BOO!!!!!
